Watch out: codes are case-sensitive and must be entered in uppercase. Most apply to package holidays only — flights, transfers, and accommodation bundled together — and won't work on accommodation-only bookings. They're also non-transferable and can't be combined with other promotions unless the terms specifically say so. If a code isn't working, check that your booking meets any minimum spend and that your chosen destination is included in the offer.
It's Crystal Ski's protection scheme for anyone who pre-books their lift pass through them. If fewer than 10% of runs at your resort are open due to lack of snow, Crystal will arrange alternative skiing or refund your lift pass in full. To be covered, your lift pass needs to have been booked before 30 November.
For an extra £25 per person, the Crystal Snow Promise Extra raises the threshold to 50% of runs closed and covers you in the four days immediately before travel — worth considering for peak-season bookings or resorts with variable conditions.
You can make fee-free changes to dates, destination, or accommodation up to 12 weeks before departure, either through Manage My Booking online or by calling 020 3451 2821. After the 12-week point, amendment fees apply depending on your airline.
On cancellations, you lose your deposit if you cancel more than 70 days before departure, with charges increasing closer to travel. If Crystal Ski cancels or makes a significant change to your booking, you're entitled to a full refund, an alternative holiday, or the option to rebook.
