Ways to Save at Wayfair
Sign up for the newsletter
Subscribing to the Wayfair newsletter does more than keep you updated on deals and new products, you’ll also get a discount code for £15 off your first order over £150. You can unsubscribe any time if the emails stop being useful to you.
Consider Wayfair Rewards
Wayfair’s newer paid membership gets you 5% cashback, free standard delivery, member only sales, early access to sales events and birthday treats, all for £20 a year, working out to under £2 a month. You can cancel within 14 days if you decide it’s not for you, and any cashback points you’ve earned never expire.
Download the Wayfair app
Some of Wayfair’s best deals are hidden inside the app rather than the main site. Downloading it gets you access to exclusive sales, plus limited time promo codes worth 10% off app orders.
Shop Wayfair sales
There isn’t just one Wayfair sale, so it’s worth understanding the different ways to find a bargain. We’ve broken them down below.
Daily sales
This is the everyday Wayfair sale most shoppers already know about. Head to the sales section to browse offers split by category, including furniture, home decor and lighting, with discounts of up to 50%.
Outlet deals
The Wayfair outlet doesn’t always show the original price on items, but the savings are still genuinely worth checking, whether you’re after small home accessories or bigger pieces like beds and mattresses. Use the filter tool to narrow things down by category, price, rating, colour or Wayfair Verified status.
Open box offers
Also known as Wayfair’s clearance section, open box deals cover like-new items that were previously returned, a good place to look if you’re upgrading a dining table and chairs, picking up a new sofa, or adding some garden seating for less. Discounts vary from around 20% up to over 50% depending on the item. What’s genuinely useful here is that Wayfair shows both the new price and the open box price side by side, so you can decide for yourself whether it’s worth it.
Wayfair Professional
If you’re a business, interior designer, contractor, or work in education, it’s worth signing up for a free Wayfair Professional account. You’ll get up to 10% off through Exclusive Pro Pricing, expert support, and access to Wayfair’s full range across every style, space and budget.
Helpful Information
Delivery options
Small parcel delivery doesn’t require you to be home to receive it. Large parcel delivery works differently, you’ll be emailed an estimated delivery day, and the carrier will then contact you the evening before or morning of delivery with a specific time window.
If you’d rather not deal with it yourself, you can pay extra to have a large parcel delivered to your room of choice, or opt for white glove delivery, where the team delivers to your chosen room, carries out light assembly, and takes all the packaging away with them. White glove delivery is only available on selected Wayfair Delivery Network orders.
Refund policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it’s too damaged to reuse, Wayfair asks that you repackage the item using a similar sized box, or one no larger than 108 inches, matching the same number of boxes it originally arrived in.
Head to the My Orders section of your account to start a return. Small parcels come with a return shipping fee of £4.99 to £9.99, while larger items cost between £20 and £50 to send back.
Interest-free payment plans
Klarna offers 0% financing, either Pay in 3, or spread over 6 months on orders over £250, 12 months over £500, or 18 months over £1,200.
Clearpay splits your purchase into 4 payments, charged every 2 weeks.
Affirm also offers 0% interest on payments spread over up to 24 months, though this works more like traditional credit and can come with a representative APR of 22%, so it’s worth reading the terms carefully before applying.
