Most Flannels promotional codes apply to full-price lines only. Outlet, sale items and certain designer brands are typically excluded. Codes are generally valid on both the website and app unless stated otherwise, and terms are published on the Flannels promotions page.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags attached. Returns must be processed through the Flannels online returns portal and sent back to the warehouse. A £4.99 returns fee is deducted from the refund when using the official returns label.
Online and Click & Collect orders cannot be returned to a physical Flannels store, which is worth knowing before you plan a trip. Certain items including underwear, pierced jewellery and hygiene products are non-returnable.
How to Save Money at Flannels
Visit the outlet section
Flannels has a permanent outlet sale with discounts of up to 70% on previous seasons’ stock. Whether you’re looking for new Tom Ford sunglasses or a Balenciaga handbag, you won’t find a better price elsewhere.
One common misconception is that Flannels only stocks designer brands, however, you can also save big on more everyday brands like Coach, SKIMS or New Balance. In fact, prices start from under £20 for men’s t-shirts and under £20 for women.
So if you’re flexible on brand, regardless of your budget, there is no better way to save at Flannels than the outlet sale. We recommend checking at the end of season, like August for the summer or January for the winter, to get the largest selection and price reductions.
Get the birthday discount
Another sure way to save is via the Flannels birthday discount code. Sign up for an account and share your birthday to get 20% off. The code will be sent no later than 7 days prior to your birthday and will be valid until the 14th calendar day of the following month. For example, if your birthday is on 8 November, you should receive the code by 1 November and it would be valid until 14 December.
Join Frasers Plus
As part of the Frasers Group, you can get extra benefits at Flannels by joining Frasers Plus. With Frasers Plus, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent, have access to interest-free 3 month payment plans and exclusive benefits. These benefits include access to free gift competitions, member-only prices and exclusive discount codes. In July 2026, Fraser Plus members got an extra 10% off outlet prices. You can also earn points and get deals from brands like Sports Direct, USC, Evans Cycles and more.
It is important to clarify that payment plans from 6-36 months do not come with 0% interest; there is a representative 29.9% APR (variable). This is not something we recommend.
Look out for Friends and Family events
Every spring (April or May) and fall (September or October), there are Flannels voucher codes for 20% as part of their Friends and Family promotion. Normally, these codes are FF20 or OUTLET20, and are valid for both full-price and sale items. This is a big differentiation between the birthday discount, which is only for full-price items, and the friends and family codes.
Stock can fly fast during this event, which is why you should download the Flannels app. The past few promotions have had early access to app holders.
Gift card discounts
At Flannels, sometimes the best way to save is by giving yourself a gift card. While untraditional, Flannels has been known to drop 20% discounts on gift cards. One caveat is that these normally only apply to £500 gift cards. That means you’d have to pay £400 still, which might be out of some people’s budget.
