You have 28 days from the day of delivery, or from when your order becomes available for collection, to return an item for free, as long as it's still in its original condition. For orders split across multiple parcels, the 28-day window starts from when the final parcel arrives.

If you paid for delivery and return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it, ASOS will also refund your original delivery fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically arrive within 14 days of ASOS receiving your return. If you checked out as a guest, a flat £3.95 return fee is deducted from your refund regardless.

One thing worth knowing about is ASOS's Fair Use Policy. If your return rate over a rolling 12-month period gets high enough, £3.95 can be deducted from your refund per returned parcel to help cover collection costs:

• A return rate of 70% or higher across 3 or more orders
• A return rate of 80% or higher across 5 or more orders, which also adds a separate £3.95 handling fee to future orders

These deductions don't apply if you keep more than £40 of what you originally ordered. ASOS Premier members whose return rate goes above 70% across 3 or more orders also won't be able to renew their membership once it expires, though existing Premier benefits stay active until then.
