Ways to save at English Heritage

Membership offers

English Heritage discount codes

As mentioned above, English Heritage voucher codes are available for memberships only. Aside from exclusive student and NHS discounts, these codes are the main way to save on your membership. Check our page or the English Heritage website regularly to see if a code is available. Discounts are usually around 15%–20%, although offers of up to 25% off can sometimes be found.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers

Get twice the value on Tesco Clubcard points when converting them into vouchers for an English Heritage membership. That’s up to 50% off if you have enough points to pay for the full membership. Otherwise, you can pay the remaining value with a debit card or other form of payment.

Membership benefits

Free welcome pack

When you join English Heritage, you’ll receive a free welcome pack, including a handbook worth £12.95. It lists all 400+ English Heritage properties, with helpful details about each one, as well as information on partner attractions where members can enjoy free or discounted entry.

The pack also includes an English Heritage car sticker and bookmark. Family members will also receive a children’s activity pack.

Member Rewards

The savings don’t end at English Heritage with your membership. Save on food & drink, travel, home & garden and more. Some of our favorites include:

  • Claim a free case of 10 craft beers at Beer52
  • Up to 40% off AA breakdown coverage
  • 20% off at Berghaus

Visit the Member Rewards page to see every discount available.

Ticket discounts

Book in advance

By booking at least one day in advance, you can save 15% on online tickets at English Heritage. You can save even more if you opt for off-peak periods. Another benefit is that it guarantees you entry on peak periods.

Travel by train or bike

English Heritage recently released their days out without a car promotion. Travel by train, bike or bus and receive a 20% discount on walk-up admission prices. This is higher than the 15% discount for online tickets. Simply show your public transport ticket or helmet to save between now and 31 March 2027.
