Ways to save at Decathlon

Become a Decathlon member

The quickest way to save at Decathlon is by signing up for their free loyalty membership. On top of exclusive discounts, you’ll earn points that convert into vouchers worth up to £10 off.

You’ll earn:

  • 10 points for every £1 you spend
  • 150 points a week for logging 150 minutes of sport
  • 100 points for each product review, up to 5 a year
  • 1,000 points as a welcome bonus when you sign up

Here’s how many points you’ll need for each voucher:

  • 2,000 points for a £3 voucher
  • 3,000 points for a £5 voucher
  • 6,000 points for a £10 voucher

Keep in mind that, just like Decathlon discount codes, these member vouchers can’t be used on marketplace orders. They only apply to items sold and shipped directly by Decathlon.

Download the app

For access to even more exclusive offers, download the Decathlon app. You’ll find voucher codes that are only available through the app, along with extra savings like an additional 10% off sale items.

The app is also where you connect your fitness tracker if you want to start earning those 150 weekly points for logging exercise. Decathlon works with Strava, Fitbit and Garmin, among others.

Shop Decathlon offers

Decathlon doesn’t run the traditional up to 50% off sale that many retailers rely on. Instead, you’ll find a rotating mix of offers, which we recommend checking on our site or on the Decathlon homepage.

Multibuy deals are particularly popular at Decathlon, such as buy 2 and save 10%, or 15% off when you buy 3 or more items in categories like rackets, swimming gear or outdoor toys. You’ll also come across flash sales, like up to 35% off hiking gear during the end of season sale.

Choose second-hand products

Decathlon doesn’t just buy back your old sports gear, it sells second-hand products too. Shop the second life selection and save as much as 40%, whether you’re after something big like a tent, bike or canoe, or smaller gear like a hockey stick, tennis racket or set of golf clubs.

Bulk discounts

Schools, businesses and clubs can apply for exclusive pricing on bulk purchases at Decathlon. Visit their business page and fill a basket worth at least £150 to see what deal you qualify for, or email decathlonforbusiness@decathlon.com with a purchase order for a pricing request.

Helpful information

Delivery options

Delivery costs at Decathlon depend on the size of what you’re ordering:

  • Small package (max 18kg or 45cm in length): £2.99 home delivery, or free delivery to a Decathlon store. In-store pickup within an hour costs £1.99 if the item is in stock at your chosen store, while a pickup point costs £3.49 and an ASDA store costs £2.99.
  • Large package (max 30kg or 170cm in length): £5.49 home delivery, or free delivery to a Decathlon store.
  • Bulky packages (over 30kg): £29.99 home delivery, or free delivery to a Decathlon store.
  • Adult bikes: £19.99 home delivery, or free delivery to a Decathlon store.

In-store pickup is free once the item reaches your chosen store. On top of these, next day delivery costs £5.49, weekend delivery costs £7.99, and remote area delivery carries an additional £5.99 charge.

Returns policy

How long you have to return an item at Decathlon depends on whether you’re a member. Decathlon members get a generous 365 days to return unwanted products, as long as they’re unused, clean and in their original packaging, while non-members have 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

One thing to watch for if you’re a member: you need to scan your membership at the time of purchase for that order to qualify for the extended returns window. If you forget, that particular purchase won’t be eligible, even if you’re a member for every other order.

Whether your return is free also depends on how the item was delivered:

  • Click & Collect or Royal Mail: free to return at Decathlon stores, and Royal Mail returns are also free at ASDA stores
  • Collect at ASDA: free to return at both Decathlon and ASDA stores
  • Panther or DPD delivery: free to return at Decathlon stores only
  • Decathlon Partner, or Marketplace, orders: not free to return at either, so check the seller’s own returns policy

Warranties and repairs

Decathlon backs its gear with genuine warranties, not just the bare minimum. Partner brand items come with a one year warranty, while anything made by Decathlon’s own brands gets two years as standard.

Members get even longer cover on selected items:

  • Five years on Decathlon fitness machines, inflatable tents and carbon bikes
  • Ten years on Quechua and Forclaz backpacks, and Pongori outdoor table tennis tables
  • A lifetime warranty on all metal bike frames

Decathlon is also big on keeping gear in use for longer. You can buy spare parts and tools to repair items yourself, or use their repair services for bikes, skis and snowboards, fitness equipment, racket stringing and tents.
